As required by our By-Laws, the Association requires that all exterior modifications to a unit or to landscaping be approved by the Property Manager, Executive Board or the Building and Grounds Committee PRIOR to commencing work. The evaluation addresses architectural harmony, limited common area requirements, common areas, location, minimum construction standards and use restrictions.
